Brian did a really good job for my wife and me when we sold our home and purchased a new one. As Brian predicted our house sold very quickly. The purchase portion of our transition was not nearly as easy as the sale however, Brian was always there working with us to find the right house and kept us going through our disappointments and struggles to find the right house. There were times when I was ready to quit the search, but Brian always said, "be patient, you'll find the right house". Brian was correct, and 3 months after we started looking, we found the correct house for us. We are completely happy with Brian. I think he probably had frustrations with us due to the problems we found with possible purchases, but he always worked with and supported us during the purchase process.
